MMT supports charitable objects for organisations rather than individuals. In

order to process applications for grants, we keep a record of appeals and donations and this includes

identification information to help us process appeals. Data is shared via email, cloud storage and

hardcopy within the MMT to facilitate running the trust and the preparation of annual returns and

accounts. All data is held securely.
